This Stitch ‘n’ Bitch group is small but perfectly formed – from pom pom makers to beanie knitters there’s a wide range of skills so even the newest knitters will feel craftabulous! I love the tea and yummy cakes that Mary serves (and you also get to browse round Forty Five’s cool clothing, jewellery and accessories if you get bored of knitting!)

We are not meeting at the church at the moment as the church cafe is closed for the time being. Please call me on 07974896816
if you are interested in meeting, we are still meeting on the first Saturday of each month, from 10am- noon (you are free to stay longer if you wish!)

I am keen to join a knitting group. I am fairly competent when completely pretty straightforward patterns and techniques but I am looking to try more complex things and no one I know can help. I have recently stopped work and I am hoping to meet some like minded people for a chat too. Do I just come along? Are you expected to come to every meeting? How long do meetings usually last. I look forward to hearing from you.

I have just seen your note on the Knit Together website. It doesnt say when you posted your message. So, first question is: Are you still running your group? Also, Is it still on Saturday morning? Do you need advance notice if I wish to attend, and what do I need to bring?

I am hoping you can help me, as I am looking fro someone to knit me some jumpers I have tried on many occasions to lean but now admit defeat and was wondering if you or any of the group knit for other people.
