Knit and Natter

About a dozen, sometimes more, sometimes less, ladies of all ages and abilities. We have worked together on various charity projects and have been asked to knit some strange things from cup cakes and carrots to roast chickens and strawberries (props for a local production of Oliver). We mainly do our own things, from socks to jumpers and everything in between.

Where: The wool shop at 28 Glengate, Kirriemuir.

When: Thursday afternoons from 2-4 pm

The Royal Knitting Group

We have 19 regulars in our group, plus the occasional extras. Ages range from around early 50s upwards. Knitting ability is from average to very advanced, and we learn lots of things from each other. Lots of charity knitting is done for hospitals, children and overseas. Lovely group of lively minded knitters.

Where: The Royal Hotel, Monifieth, Angus, Scotland.
When: We meet on alternate Tuesdays from 2-4pm.
